This is the key you need to unlock your discounts across the World of the Rat Race. You will receive a Rat Race Reward code by email when you make your online purchase. This single code is able to be used to achieve discounts across Rat Race Events, Urban Gym and Store products.

-Codes can be passed onto mates and used multiple times in to access event discounts.
-Discounts are not in conjunction with any other offer or voucher BUT can be used on discounted gear and during Early Bird event discounts.
-Rat Race Store voucher may be used for a single transaction and at www.RatRaceStore.com and does not include hire of equipment.

Answer: No. Only valid online.
Question: Can it be used in conjunction with event early bird pricing?
Answer: Yes. Early sign ups get the best offers. The early bird catches the worm!
Question: Do I get a discount on extra items I buy from the entry form when using my Rat Race Reward Code to get a discount on an event entry?
Answer: No. This will not be discounted by the code. We try to price these items competitively and postage (where required) is free.

Question: Do I qualify for a Rat Race Rewards if I buy a ‘Try It For A Fiver’ session from the Urban Gym?
Answer. No. Only if you purchase a training package.

Question: Is there a minimum spend on to redeem my Rat Race Reward Code at RatRacestore.com?
Answer: Yes. You need to spend the value of the Code. Remember postage is free.
Question: Can I use my Rat Race Reward Code at the events?
Answer: No. Only valid online.
Question: Can I use my Rat Race Reward code to get a discount on kit hire?
Answer: No. But members of the Store eNewsletter can use their 10% discount.

Answer: No. Only one code can be redeemed per transaction.

Question: I entered an event and my Rat Race Reward Code did not provide me with £10 discount for RatRaceStore.com. Why is this?
Answer: From April 1st 2010 we have standardized the Store discount value at £10. Before this date they ranged from £3 to £20. The value you received is still valid unless you entered the Rat Race Mean Streets between January and April and we have changed your Code to £10 value.
